Solid, but some features missing
I tried out the Resource Capacity Planning feature with their 14-day trial. Overall, it provided a good overview of our team's workload and helped us identify some overloaded areas. The demand management tools were fairly intuitive. However, I found that some of the more advanced scenario planning capabilities we needed weren't as robust as I'd hoped, especially compared to some other platforms I've used. It's a strong contender for basic to intermediate needs, and the support staff was quite knowledgeable when I called with a few questions. The pricing for the full suite seems a bit high for what we'd actually use, but for a large enterprise, I can see the value.
Good fit for our team
We just started using their Resource Management software for our department. It's been pretty easy to get everyone on board, which was a concern. The interface is clean, not too clunky, and it actually helps us see who's doing what without a ton of meetings. Setup took a little longer than I thought, but their support team was helpful in getting it sorted for us. All in all, I'm happy with how it's going.
